McLaren vs Ferrari - the courtroom battle

F1The Ferrari/McLaren/Stepney/Coughlan affair rumbles on (read our news story), but how is Formula One's reputation bearing up to all this courtroom drama?

Honestly, I don't think it's doing F1 any harm at all.

The case would appear to be centred on one disgruntled (ex)Ferrari employee and a McLaren chief designer whose motivation for handling sensitive Ferrari documents is, as yet, unknown. Individuals then - not F1.

If anything, the courtroom shenanigans have just served to increase the intrigue (and press coverage) of the riveting Ferrari/McLaren battle. Not that we're suggesting Bernie has anything to do with it, of course...
